A bit of history.

Fate brought The Riles Group team together at a boutique marketing firm that focused on helping businesses with any—and every—aspect of marketing and growing sales. After an acquisition, the boutique mentality that grew strong bonds with our clients took a backseat to winning bigger business, bigger names, bigger money. We decided it’s time to get back to our roots.

Without dedicated executive roles, navigating the ever-changing world of marketing and sales is difficult. A lack of resources and in-house skill sets can also make it harder to continue expanding and innovating your technology and processes on a frequent basis.

How do you not only know if you’re using the latest tactics and technology to keep up with competitors… but, in a sea of options, that they’re the right ones for your business?

Mike has spent 35 years in sales as a sales executive, manager, and C-suite leader. First in the shipping container business, then in the printing industry and finally running two digital marketing agencies resulting in the sale of both. After returning to the printing business to help an ailing brand, he missed the fast paced and growing space of marketing and technology and helping small and mid-sized businesses take the necessary steps to grow their businesses. After a few phone calls to some all-star former colleagues, The Riles Group was formed.

Rahul has been a senior executive leader in the Marketing & Technology domain for over 20 years and brings significant experience in the digital space, focusing on consumer needs and delivering engaging solutions across all customer touch points. He works alongside the Client Services, Business Strategy, UX and Analytics teams to define the Technology vision and strategies for clients' digital transformational initiatives. A champion of innovation and creativity, Rahul focuses on client’s long-term business goals and partners with them to architect efficient and sustainable solutions for their digital roadmap.

His prior experience working with global agencies and management consulting firms such as Digitas, ExtremeReach and Huge, as well as managing Fortune 100 clients on a regular basis has brought invaluable insights to the foundation of The Riles Group and its growth.

With expertise in the MarTech & Advertising industries across digital and traditional media, Rahul often writes on various Marketing and Media publications, including MarketingProfs, ClickZ and MarTech Advisor.
